The role of a ServiceNow Consultant is to use your analytical and problem-solving skills and creativity to help businesses to design, create and implement ServiceNow solutions for a wide range of clients. The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of ServiceNow products to:
Work with our clients to:
Gather technical requirements based on business needs
Design and deliver technical solutions using ServiceNow products
Support on technical implementation
Understand integration of other technologies into ServiceNow platform
Undertake system testing
Use your technical expertise to support the Presales teams with:
Preparing responses to the clients
Building and running ServiceNow demos
Extensive training will be provided on all ServiceNow Products, and no prior knowledge is required. Being curious, willing and open to learn is therefore essential to be successful in this role.
The role is project based, which means there will be a variety of business problems that you will work on, which may also give you the opportunity to experience new and emerging technologies. Sometimes you may be asked to work on a client site, although this is optional and will be discussed on an individual-by-individual basis. Projects may vary in length and will be assigned driven by business need.

We are looking for individuals who meet both the education/work experience AND technical skill set criteria as follows:
Education/Work ExperienceEither a graduate OR relevant practical work experience in aPaaS or PaaS, business transformation, implementation, or a technology architecture related role.
Technical SkillsWe are looking for people who have an interest in technology and have two or more of the following technical skills:
Ability to solve technically complex problems
Knowledge of front-end development for example JavaScript
Translation of client ideas to software solutions
Knowledge of coding or programming languages
Experience of preparing reports on trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data
Configuration of items and understanding workflows
Knowledge or experience of application platform as a service
Knowledge of the way that back end systems work in organisations
